Surviving many concentration camps, Elka Burnstein found herself at the dawn of World War 2 at the heart of Germany.

She was adopted by a German nurse and had to hide her true identity. 

This animated commemoration film was made at the request of Yad Vashem to honor Elka's life-long contribution to preserving Holocaust memory.
